You must be at least 18 years old to register on clickluv.com.

If you register to become a member of clickluv.com, you agree to provide accurate, current and complete information about yourself and to maintain and update your information to keep it accurate, current and complete. You recognize that if your profile is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete in any respect, we reserve the right to terminate this Agreement and your use of the service of clickluv.com.

clickluv.com or you may terminate this agreement at any time, for any reason, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. If you send a notice of termination, your membership shall concurrently terminate. clickluv.com does reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership at any time, without notice, if you breach this Agreement or any other terms and conditions posted on the Site. If Clickluv terminates your membership in the Service because you have breached the Agreement, you will not be entitled any refund of unused subscription fees.

clickluv.com assumes no responsibility whatsoever for your use of the Service. It is for your sole, personal use and you may not distribute your user name and password allowing others to use the service through your membership. Use of the service is strictly prohibited to minors or any person under the age of 18, regardless of whether you have parental consent. Clickluv is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate content posted on the Clickluv.com Website or in connection with the “Service”, whether caused by users of the Website, members or by any other equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. Clickluv is not responsible for the conduct of members or users of the Service, online and offline. Clickluv assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of user or member communication. Clickluv is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email, of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website related to or resulting from participating in the service. Clickluv does not promise any specific results from use of the Service.

Except in jurisdication where such provisions are restricted, in no event will Clickluv be liable to you or any third person for any indirect, consequential, exemplary or incidential damages, including also lost profits arising from the use of the website or the service. Clickluv shall have no liability to you for any access or delay in performance of the Service, to the extent that such events or matters are caused by any events outside Clickluv’s reasonable control including third party issues, acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lock-outs, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, governmental actions and other similar events.

7.1) You will only use the Service in a manner that is accepted and legal according to all applicable laws and regulations.

7.2) You will not transmit chain letters, junk messages, advertisements or any type of solicitation whatsoever of any products or services to any other members of the Service.

7.3) You will not in any way copy, modify, publish, transmit, display, sell, distribute or reproduce copyrighted material, trademarks or other protected proprietary information without the express written consent of the owner of such materials.

7.4) Your use of the service is strictly at your own risk and you are solely responsible for your contact, whether it be written, verbal or in person, with any other member of the Service. ClickLuv.com and its directors, employees, agents, affiliates and third parties assume no responsibility whatsoever for harm that may come to you as a result of your contact (of any form) with any other member of the Service (including but not limited to emotional, verbal and physical abuse or assault).

7.5) You will not communicate, publish or display to any other member any form of defamatory, slanderous, offensive, inaccurate, abusive, profane, obscene, sexually offensive, threatening, harassing, racial, or illegal material, including but not limited to nude photos of yourself or others, pornographic photos or images and any other type of unlawful or unacceptable material, as decided by ClickLuv.com. ClickLuv.com reserves the right to remove any such material from the site without notice.

7.6) You will not use the site, services or your profile for any purpose other than to seek other persons for meeting, friendship or dating, the service and profiles shall not be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever (including but not limited to escorts, commercial or non-dating solicitations, or otherwise).

7.7) You will not include any contact information or identifying content of yourself or another person in your profile. In the event that such unauthorized information has been included in your profile (determined by ClickLuv.com, in its sole discretion) you authorize and agree that the site may carry out the following: a) immediately suspend or remove your profile, until such time as the breach is remedied; or b) remove or obliterate all or any portion of such prohibited information, and allow the remainder of your profile to be posted on the Site.

7.8) Please note you may be involuntarily exposed to offensive or obscene materials on ClickLuv.com that may have been posted by members, hackers or unauthorized users from time to time. Although ClickLuv.com takes all security measures to protect your privacy, please note that it is possible for others to obtain your personal information and use it to engage in an action that may be harmful to you or injure you. ClickLuv.com is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you choose to display, publish or distribute to other members.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

9.1 Withdrawal from Clickluv Premium Membership

You have the right to withdraw your subscription to Clickluv’s premium membership service without cause at any time within the 2 weeks (14 day) evaluation period. Said evaluation period begins upon subscription to the Clickluv premium service.

9.2. Consequences of the withdrawal

In the case of withdrawal from the Clickluv Premium Membership, the mutually recieved benefits shall be returned to each other, as well as potentially received uses. If it is not possible to return the received benefits (e.g. use of the Service) or only in detoriated condition, compensation has to be paid to this extent. This may signify that the contractual payment obligations have to be met for the period up to the withdrawal.

We reserve the right to alter these conditions at any time. If Clickluv varies these conditions, the updated conditions will be posted on the Terms and Conditions page of Clickluv as soon as the alteration is made. Your continued use of the Service after posting of the varied conditions on the Website constitutes your acceptance of the varied conditions and your agreement to be bound by the Agreement, as amended.
