2. Does it take long to make the registration?

If you do it fast, you can do it in 5 minutes, if you describe yourself very good and you upload a lot of pictures, it can take more time. If you really want to find a perfect partner for you, you should take a bit of time, to do your profile as good as you can.

3. Does it cost something to use clickluv.net?

No, the Standard membership is 100% free. If you want to upgrade to the Premium membership with many additional benefits we have the following prices.
The cost of a subscription depends on how many months you sign up for. The best deal is to sign up for 12 months at only $ 2,50/month ($30 total). 6 months is $3,90/month ($ 23,40 total). 3 months is $5,90/month ($17,70 total). 1 month is $8,90. We charge less than most of our paid competitors.
We don't have automatic renewals of your Premium membership. So you have the full control!

4. Why do I have to pay for the Premium Membership?

First of all this helps us to constantly improve the website, add new features and make the experience better for you. So you will enjoy using Clickluv more and more. And we will attract more people who will use it and you will find more potential dates :). You will find more people here who are serious about dating and looking for love. If you pay for something you commit more and will use it more often. We try to keep the „strange“ people out. There are always some people who don't have the best intentions, like scammers, spammers etc. on social networks. They will not join a paid service. So we try to keep the people out who you wouldn’t like to date anyways. Last but not least, we, the Clickluv team offer you real value for your money. We are cheaper than most of our competition and try to keep prices as low as we can.

5. The photo uploader, instant messenger etc. doesn’t work. What can I do?

You have to enable pop-ups to use many functions of Clickluv. You can activate pop-ups in the settings of your browser.

6. I am already registered in clickluv.net. How can I enter into the website again?

When you are already registered, go to www.clickluv.com. Type your email address in the box on the top right corner and your password in the box next to it and click "Log in" or you can log in with your facebook login (email and password).

7. How to block somebody I don't want to contact me?

You can find the block symbol on your "who sent me a heart" list, when you view a profile and when somebody write you a message. You can block this user from contacting you with clicking this button. He or she will not be able to write you messages or send you hearts anymore. This person will appear on your black list. There you can unblock him/her again.

8. What is facebook connect?

You can connect your Clickluv account with your already existing account on the facebook platform. Click "Login with facebook" and follow the instructions. When you are connected, you can always log in with your facebook credentials, import photos from facebook, publish your Clickluv status update to facebook, share our articles in the magazine, invite your friends from facebook to join Clickluv.com and much more.

Registration & Create Profile

1. Can I use clickluv.net in different languages?

Yes, you can always change the language to Bahasa Indonesia and English. Just click on the flag on the top right of every page and the language will change.

2. Do I have to write a description about myself? What can I write?

It's easy- You just have to write 10 characters.... Tell us for example, who you are, where you live, what you like or what kind of person you are looking for. Many people read the description to get a first impression of a person. I fyou write a good description, many more people will contact you.

3. Do I have to answer all the questions?

It is required that you answer the questions in the sections "Basics", "Appearance" and "Lifestyle". It is optional to answer the questions in "Interests", to write "Essays"and to "Upload Pictures"

4. Can I upload more than one photo?

You can upload up to 9 pictures of yourself. Also, you can import pictures from facebook or take a picture with your webcam.

5. Can I change my answers (profile details) again?

Yes, after you finished the registration, you can go to "Profile", there you can modify all your information, except your username. You can change your password and your email address in "my settings". This link you can find on the homepage, in the down left corner.

6. How can I log into clickluv.net again?

When you are already registered, just type your username in the box on the top right and your password in the box next to it and click "Log in".

7. How can I make the registration with facebook?

Click the "f login" button. A window will appear. There you have to provide your facebook credentials (email address and password). On the next page, make the Clickluv registration, if you are a new user. If you already have a Clickluv.com account, enter your Clickluv email address and password. Now you are connected :). When you enter the next time and you want to be connected with facebook, click the "f login" button on the homepage, provide your fabeook credentials and you will be logged in Clickluv.com It's easy. Just try!

Homepage

1. What can I do in the home page?

Your homepage gives you an overview of almost everything that happens on Clickluv.

In the Newsbox on the top left, you can see how many new messages you received (click the link and you will get to your inbox), how many people viewed your profile (click the link and you will see the page with all the people who viewed your profile), and how many hearts you have received (click the link and you will see the page with the list of people who have sent you a heart).

Underneath this box, you have the Quicksearch, here you can quickly find other members. How to do it will be explained in the search section.

Then comes the "Check it out!" box. The links here will lead you to

Under this box you will have the „Search by username“ box. Type the name of a specific user and you will find the profile. And after this box the „1-Click-Search“ Box is located. This is a really fun and easy way to find new people. For example you can find people who’s birthday is on the same day as yours, people from your city, or beautiful people with a luvrank of 8,9 or 10 or just premium members. In the middle section you find the last three status updates from the luvboard, articles from the blog and see people who's birthday it is today. On the right side, you see a box with the last people who have contacted you by writing you a message, viewing your profile or sending a heart. Underneath is the "Random Luvers" box, you can click the arrow to see the next random Clickluv member. Click on the photo to see the profile! And under this box you can see our newest members with photo.

2. What are the seven symbols close to pictures of other members?

the chat symbol: click it to open the Clickluv Instant Messenger and start to chat with this member.

the photo album symbol: click here to see the photo album of the member.

the letter symbol: when you click it a window will open and you can write a message to this person

the star symbol: when you click it this member will be added to your favorite list

the heart symbol: when you click it you will send a heart to this member. This shows that you like this person and you would like to get in contact.

the block symbol: when you click it you will block this user from contacting you. He or she will not be able to write you messages or send you hearts anymore. This person will appear on your black list. There you can unblock him/her again.

the remove symbol: when you want to remove somebody from your favorite list.

3. What is "Follow us on twitter?" and "Find us on facebook"?

If you click the follow us on twitter button, you will open the twitter website. If you already have an account, you can log in and follow our tweets. Or you can create a new account and follow us.

If you click the "Find us on facebook" button, you will open the clickluv fan page on facebook. Here you can become our fan!

4. How does the status update work?

On the top right side of all Clickluv pages you can see a small photo of you:
- Next to it you can write some text. you can write about how you feel today, what you are doing, ask a question to other members.... You can write 120 characters. - After you finished writing click the button "post". Your update will appear in your profile and is visible to all members and it is visible on the luvboard. There you can see all the latest status updates of Clickluv members. The latest 3 are displayed on the homepage. If you update your status regularly more people will contact you. - If you want your status to be published on your wall and the new feed of your friends in facebook, just check "publish on facebook". - You can edit your status by writing something new and clicking "post"

Profile

1. Can I modify the information in my profile?

Yes, you can modify almost all the information if your profile. Just go to "Profile", choose the area you want to change. Click on "Modify", change your information and click "update".

2. I want to change my profile picture. How can I do that?

Click one of the small pictures in the box of your photos. When you see it in the big box, it automatically is your profile picture

3. I don't like my profile picture anymore? Can I delete it?

Yes, click the "delete" button underneath your profile picture in "profile". The picture you see in the box becomes your new profile picture. Don't forget to upload a new picture if you just had one. Many more people will contact you if you have a profile picture!

4. Can I take a picture with my webcam?

Yes you can. Click the webcam symbol under your profile picture, take an awesome pic of yourself and save it.

Search

1. What is the Quicksearch?

You can do basic, simple searches here.
Look for the Quicksearch Box on your home page.

Do you want to see all the newest members first?

Just select I am "looking for a man" (or a woman) and click search. You will find all the members. The people who were last active, you will see first. When you see somebody interesting, just click on the picture to view the profile.

Or you can specify details like the age, location or "with photo".

2. How do I use the Advanced Search?

If you have very specific expectations in your partner-to-be, click "search" in the main menu. You can specify every detail and look for the perfect person. You might not find anyone if you put too many details, but you can check again after some time. Maybe Mr. Absolutely Right registered! If you don't put so many details you will find more people.

3. Do I have to choose something in every section of the advanced search?

No, you can choose whatever you are interested in in a person and leave the rest blank. The broader you leave your search, the more people you will find.

4. What about the search results?

First we will show you the single view of search results, what gives you some details about the people you see and their description.

If you prefer to see more people in one page (without description), click the symbol for the double view.

And if you are just interested to see the pictures, click the symbol for only pictures.

5. What is the „1-Click Search“?

It’s fun and easy. With one Click you can find people
- from your city
- with the same birthday as you
- with a LuvRank of 8,9,10
- same personality as you
- only premium members

My settings

1. I don't want notification emails from clickluv.net. What can I do?

Go to "My settings" in the "Check it out" box on the homepage. In the tab "Preferences" you can uncheck all the notification emails you don't want to receive. Check it again to receive our emails.

2. Can I change my password?

Yes, go to "my settings", tab "personal information". Type you old password in the top box, and type your new password twice. Click "update" to save your changes.

3. Can I change my email-address?

Yes, you can. Replace your current email address with your new one. Click "update" to save your changes.

4. Can I change my nickname?

You cannot change your nickname. In case you really need to change contact the Clickluv team and we can change it for you. contact@clickluv.net

5. Can I deactivate my account?

Yes. Go to "my settings", tab "deactivate account". Click "deactivate". After the deactivation, members cannot see your profile anymore, cannot contact you in any way and you don't appear in any search results. We will not send you any more emails. We will save your information.
If you wish to activate your account again, you can just log in again with your normal nickname & password.

Inbox

1. I would like to see all the emails that I received from one person. Can I order by user?

Yes. Click "From" and you will see your emails ordered by nickname.

2. Can I see my oldest emails first?

Click on "Date" and you will see your oldest emails first.

3. How can I delete an email?

Check the box infront of the mail you want to delete and click the button "Delete selcted mails" to delete it.

4. Can i delete all my emails?

Click the green check icon and all your emails will be selected. Click the button "Delete selceted mails" to delete.

Luv Rank

1. What is the LuvRank?

In the LuvRank you can rate people based on how attractive „luvly“ they are. Give people you find incredibly attractive a ten, not so beautiful ones a lower rate. Try it it’s fun and maybe you will see somebody you would like to meet! After you rated somebody, you will see another picture to rate. In the top left corner you see the pic you have voted for before with the official rating.

2. I don’t want to show my LuvRank. What can I do?

When you go to the LuvRank page the first time we will ask you if you want your picture rated for the LuvRank, if you don’t want to, just clickl „no“. You can change your decision later in „my settings“.

3. What are Top Luvers?

On the TopLuvers page you can see our most popular members. In the first tab you will see the Clickluv members with the highest LuvRank, in the second tab the members who have received the most hearts and in the last tab, Clickluv members with the most profile views. In the right top corner you will see the Clickluver who got the highest Rating in the LuvRank the day before.
